Talent Scouting & Placement
Uganda and Africa has a huge number of unemployed youths today, and also a massive need for employable youth with various talent / skills.
As our operational mode is SPOT – ZIMBA (Nurture) – SHINE (Deploy) we bridge the gap between creatives and employment. We encourage and recruit the youth in different creative disciplines, guide and Nurture them to employable citizens.
Creatives 80%
For the past 5 years we have scouted and deployed a vast number of youths mainly in the Creative and Performing arts industry Musical artist, DJs, Dancers, Models, Fashion Designers, Actors, Influencers and sports personnel
Informal employment 60%
Due to a number of reasons like high poverty rates, low business education rates, unfavorable local investment policies, limited market for local products and services Uganda faces a high rate of informal employment it is a major part of the Ugandan economy, contributing to over 50% of GDP
Formal employment 40%
We have successfully managed to grace the formal sector with youths in different disciplines like TV & Radio personalities, Digital Creators, ICT – Tech experts, Events Managers and producers, Hospitality Mangers, Financial Officers, Drivers and Riders
