WHY NOW
The Challenge & Need of solutions
Limited Job Opportunities

Limited Job Opportunities
With limited formal jobs, young people turn to alternative career paths, often relying on skills and talents.
Rising Youth Population

Youth in Numbers
Africa’s youth represents the continent’s greatest asset and a catalyst for transformative change.
Untapped Talent Potential

Nurturing Africa’s Talent
By developing young talent, we unlock the potential for global success and local impact.
The Call for Action

Invest in the Future
Now is the time to support African youth and create a lasting legacy of opportunity.
The Challenge
Youth unemployment in Africa is high, with an average rate of over 20% across the continent, with projections suggesting that this figure could increase if effective measures are not implemented to address the issue. Notably, out of every ten young individuals, four and their acquaintances are attempting to leverage their talents as a means of survival.
Limited Government Support
Lack of Policy Frameworks: Many governments do not prioritize youth talent development in their agendas. Corruption: Mismanagement of resources allocated for youth programs diminishes their impact. Bureaucratic Challenges: Red tape often hinders access to grants, permits, or official support. Peer Pressure and Lack of Motivation Negative Influence: Some youth are discouraged by peers or communities that do not support or value their pursuits. Mental Health Challenges: High levels of stress, anxiety, or lack of encouragement can demotivate youth. Lack of Mentorship and Training Many young talents lack mentors or role models to guide their development. Training programs often do not align with industry needs, leaving many talented youths underprepared for professional demands.
