Majority of young adults (Youths) in Uganda / Africa face underpay due Carrier misidentification, Our Talent Dev’t & Skilling program is aimed at enlightening opportunities to make sure that our youths are acquiring what they need for successful carrier while at work.
Our Talent Development process is intentionally directed to personal identification, nurturing, and enhancing the skills of each individual employee. The development, includes learning experiences in hard skills, marketing or understanding regulatory compliance. We also covers soft skills such as leadership, taking initiative, working in a team or understanding how to spot a colleague who is struggling with work, life or mental health.
All this is aimed at crafting a strong personal work ethics, self-aware and professionally out spoken talented youths.
