Born on 18th July 1996 to Ignas kamali (Father) and Veronica Busingye (Mother) at Rubaga hospital, Kampala
Uganda, Fabris Kamara also known as TAM BOY is a Ugandan based Performing artist, song writer, enterprenuer, actor and producer.
His single titled “owooma” (produced by Zilla Genius) got attention especially from the female fanbase and sprung him to popularity among listeners and music lovers alike.
Tam Boy’s fuses Afro- beat, Afro pop and dancehall and is able to compose and deliver in luganda, English, Swahilli and French makes it easier to communicate to a versatile audience, this is one of the factors that contributed to his signing under Talent Walls Limited a creative talent development organisation.
In all the schools he attended, his showmanship in stage drama did not go unnoticed. Tam Boy started writing music as early as 2009 including singles like “nkwagala” performed by Shizzo dc.
This passion and motivation led to him landing the role of master of ceremony at Bulldog club in wandegeya, Kampala where he collaborated with several top performing artists, DJ’s, Mc’s and events managers in East Africa.
With that background and experience working with different companies and individuals Tam has been to work with a couple of hospitality industries in East Africa including Abakombe tours and travel in Tanzantia as a Public Relations Manager from 2015-2016, Cafe Javas both Uganda and Kenya from 2016-2021 and now working with ATTITUDE LOUNGE Naalya as part of the Talent Walls Co. LTD empowerment plan as a manager.
Tam boy’s inspiration is derived from studying and trying to understand Life, Women, wonderfully crafted art, nature and fashion from all over the world.
Talent Walls understands Tam Boys intention to redefine and redirect the Ugandan music industry and is committed to providing a collaborative space with access to great musicians and producers around East Africa. The new music is directed towards unity and pleasure, reminding people that there are more reasons to live.
