We strive to engage, educate, and motivate young people to exploit their natural abilities (talents) to combat unemployment through the activities below:

Talent Dev't & Skilling

Talent walls develops and improves your knowledge of a particular topic or learn new skills, we have a range of free short courses and webinars. Subjects include safeguarding, participation and digital skilling.

Talent Scouting & Placement

We encourage the young people we work with to continue their networking journey by attending some of the many youth activities across the continent. We actively engage with the community to discover and share.

Talent / Brand Management

We attract young talents that value learning and growth opportunities by offering professional development programs, mentoring, and continuous training for their employability.

Business Dev't & Incubation

We design social development processes designed to nurture businesses from idea generation to start-up companies and, through a comprehensive business support program

Empowerment & Advocacy

We work to ensure that young people’s human rights are upheld and that they develop skills in various areas of life. This helps young people in the following areas: education, health, housing and employment.

Mentorship & Training

Talent Wallls Local Village Network delivers mentoring programmes for young people aged 9-30 on the continent. We deliver group mentoring in primary schools, secondary schools, and colleges.

Creative
Skilling

This program identifies abilities in different learners to think about problems or tasks in new ways, and to use imagination to come up with new ideas. They can be developed through practice, application,and feedback.

Youth Referral Program

We have developed a referral system with available prevention and intervention programs for young individuals to keep them from entering the juvenile justice systems across Africa

Our model leverages existing centers or bodies in schools and communities to serve and empower our target beneficiaries. The model runs on three pillars Spot, Zimba [Build] and Shine.

Spot

Identifying extraordinary talents in communities and schools through campaigns, training, competitions, and on our digital platforms. Identified talents are assessed using a criterion that measures

Polishing and nurturing identified youths from the Spot pillar. Our aim is to improve on existing skills and build them into professionally skilled individuals

Shine

This is our launch pad. It entitles graduating into professionals and showcasing them to the world.

Youth unemployment in Africa is high, with an average rate of over 20% across the continent, with projections suggesting that this figure could increase if effective measures are not implemented to address the issue. Notably, out of every ten young individuals, four and their acquaintances are attempting to leverage their talents as a means of survival.
